Shari Ober, founder and President of Springhouse Group, has along-standing career in Human Resources executive recruiting and placement. Shari brings a strong background in recruitment and selection for all disciplines within human resources. For over 17 years, her unique knowledge of the industry and expertise in recruiting and hiring practice has allowed her to build and maintain an extensive network of long-term relationships and referrals. Her ability to truly understand clients’ needs, her responsiveness, and her insightful assessments have earned her a reputation for providing the best outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Prior to founding Springhouse Group, Shari worked for a large global recruiting firm where she found her niche for Human Resources. She then went to a small boutique retained search firm.
